How do I scan my pet correctly?

For the best results, ensure your pet is in a well-lit room. Slowly move your phone's camera around them following the on-screen indicators. Try to keep them as still as possible.

My virtual pet is not appearing in my inventory

If you just completed a scan, it may take up to a minute to process on our servers. If the problem persists, try logging out and logging back in. Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

How do I recover my account?

If you used Apple Sign In or Google Log In, simply use the same login method. If you used an email and forgot your password, tap "Forgot my password" on the app's main login screen.

How do I delete my data and account?

You can delete your account at any time by navigating to Profile > Settings > Delete Account within the app. This will permanently erase all your 3D models and game progress.
